A dive team is searching waters off Rancho Palos Verdes for a woman who disappeared while snorkeling, deputies said today.
The divers resumed their search about 6 a.m. for the Marina del Rey woman who went missing Sunday near the Terranea Resort on Palos Verdes Drive South, deputies said.
Sheriff’s Department and lifeguard divers searched Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for the woman, who had snorkeled Saturday and failed to return home.
Her husband went looking for her, found her car parked near a public access area next to the resort and located her bag on the beach, deputies said.
The woman is about 50 years old.
You think that a snorkeler would be easy to find sence they float with a wetsuit on. Maybe a fake death. Thats what it could be just wait.

Such a devastating story. She really shouldn’t have gone off on her own like that, it’s quite dangerous for a woman her age to be snorkelling by herself. I’m curious as to what the exact cause of death was. Please do keep us posted.
