I’ve been dry for the last few weeks.

For what ever reason, diving in May seems to be the worst diving of the year around here – bad visibility, red tide, generally crappy.

Terranea Resort has apparently asked the city of Rancho Palos Verdes for money to continue construction and, when it’s scheduled to open in June, operating costs.
