The ocean was relatively flat, so we tried a new spot that I never have dived before.<\/p>\n
John and I were in the water around 7:30 PM; we each went our separate ways.<\/p>\n
I was a little freaked out as I’m unfamiliar with this area.<\/p>\n
There are piles of rocks and stretches of sand; I almost ran into the rocks a few times.<\/p>\n
I saw plenty of lobsters, but mostly shorts.<\/p>\n
Two lobsters the size of small dogs were hiding under a rock out of reach.<\/p>\n
I grabbed for a few good sized lobsters, but they got away – they seem to be pretty smart here.<\/p>\n
I ended up catching three, but two were shorts.<\/p>\n
Short dive for a short fill.<\/p>\n
John came back about five minutes after I had crawled on to the boat.<\/p>\n
