{"id":423,"date":"2005-06-25T14:52:16","date_gmt":"2005-06-25T21:52:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psychosolodiver.com\/?p=423"},"modified":"2008-01-22T18:35:48","modified_gmt":"2008-01-23T01:35:48","slug":"logged-dive-127-diving-with-john-and-one-of-his-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psychosolodiver.com\/?p=423","title":{"rendered":"Logged Dive #127 &#8211; Diving With John And One Of His Students"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Veteran&#8217;s Park<br \/>\nRedondo Beach, CA<\/p>\n<p>Dove with Instructor John and his private Open Water student.<\/p>\n<p>In With: 1900 psi<br \/>\nOut With: 1000 psi<br \/>\nMax depth: 65 feet<br \/>\nWaves:  1-3 feet but getting choppy<br \/>\nVisibility: 10 feet over the shelf<br \/>\nWater Temperature: Cold at 60 feet!<br \/>\nTotal Bottom Time: 20 minutes<\/p>\n<p>This was just another &#8220;fun dive&#8221; for John&#8217;s student.<\/p>\n<p>Pacific Wilderness was there teaching a class; so was another really hot instructor.<\/p>\n<p>I think she teaches for Sea D Sea?<\/p>\n<p>She doesn&#8217;t act like a lesbian, so I doubt she works for Pacific Wilderness.<\/p>\n<p>This was the same routine as before.<\/p>\n<p>We submerged and followed John over the shelf and then back in.<\/p>\n<p>It is really cold at 60 feet.<\/p>\n<p>My head started to hurt, like eating ice cream too fast.<\/p>\n<p>The student walked ashore just like he did the last time;  he&#8217;s a macho diver from the start!<\/p>\n<p>The student wanted to know why he was going through air so fast compared to John and myself.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It will come in time,&#8221; we answered.<\/p>\n<p>He also asked, &#8220;What are those small fish that look like halibut?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I answered, &#8220;Baby halibut.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This was a good exercise dive with an extremely easy student.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Veteran&#8217;s Park Redondo Beach, CA Dove with Instructor John and his private Open Water student.
