I met Nick at the top of the hill at 7:30 AM. <\/p>\n
This was supposed to be a “Pacific Wilderness Club Dive.” <\/p>\n
However, as I found out later, only two people showed up, so they canceled.<\/p>\n
We went out off the familiar same familiar spot as we did July 5, 2005.<\/p>\n
It was midway between high tide going to a deep low tide.<\/p>\n
We swam out South East; visibility sort of sucked. <\/p>\n
The water wasn’t as cold as I thought it would be.<\/p>\n
We came upon a lobster hole; the lobsters retreated.<\/p>\n
We got as deep as 32 feet, so we must have been way out.<\/p>\n
Coming in, I noticed kelp further East.<\/p>\n
Not much else to report.<\/p>\n
Nick got worn out going against the surf coming in; I didn’t because I’m macho.<\/p>\n
We submerged at 8:20 AM and surfaced at 9:10 AM; we “peaked” for about 10 minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
