{"id":187,"date":"2004-04-24T23:21:11","date_gmt":"2004-04-25T06:21:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psychosolodiver.com\/?p=187"},"modified":"2007-12-29T21:20:19","modified_gmt":"2007-12-30T04:20:19","slug":"logged-dive-42","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psychosolodiver.com\/?p=187","title":{"rendered":"Logged Dive #42 Veteran&#8217;s Park, Redondo Beach, CA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Redondo Beach, CA<br \/>\n(Off Veteran&#8217;s Park)<\/p>\n<p>Solo Diving<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday I called Robert From Long Point to see if he wanted to dive Long Point.<\/p>\n<p>After telling him about the poor visability, he declined.<\/p>\n<p>So, Redondo it is!<\/p>\n<p>I got there about 10 AM.<\/p>\n<p>There were many other divers there.<\/p>\n<p>I found it easier to put my fins on at the water by taking my tank off and using that to lean on.<\/p>\n<p>It was really shallow going out &#8212; I was sort of skimming on my stomach.<\/p>\n<p>I went over the shelf &#8211; I ran in to two other divers coming up.<\/p>\n<p>Going over, I was right under a huge school of mackerel.<\/p>\n<p>I went down to 82 feet, got a massage (as Ed would put it) and came back up to the top of the shelf.<\/p>\n<p>I walked ashore shore.<\/p>\n<p>In With: 2800 psi<br \/>\nOut With: 1000 psi<br \/>\nMax depth: 82 feet<br \/>\nWaves: 2 feet<br \/>\nVisibility: 15 feet and clear<br \/>\nWater Temperature: Cold, but warmer than yesterday<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Redondo Beach, CA (Off Veteran&#8217;s Park) Solo Diving Yesterday I called Robert From Long Point to see if he wanted to dive Long Point.
