{"id":1578,"date":"2009-04-26T14:04:49","date_gmt":"2009-04-26T21:04:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psychosolodiver.com\/?p=1578"},"modified":"2009-04-26T14:04:49","modified_gmt":"2009-04-26T21:04:49","slug":"credit-for-showing-but-no-scuba-diving","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psychosolodiver.com\/?p=1578","title":{"rendered":"Credit For Showing, But No SCUBA Diving"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was warned yesterday about the conditions; &#8220;PV was blown out all over the place,&#8221; was the report.<\/p>\n<p>Old Marineland access, or I should now say &#8220;Terranea Resort&#8221; beach access, is still closed, so I showed up at Honeymoon Cove where Reverend Al and Not So New Chris were already scoping the conditions out.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/psychosolodiver.com\/wp-content\/pict0151calleddive.jpg\" alt=\"Honeymoon Cove was not dive-able.\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It was extremely low tide with some waves coming into the rocks.<\/p>\n<p>We checked out Christmas Tree Cove&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/psychosolodiver.com\/wp-content\/pict0153calleddive.jpg\" alt=\"Christmas Tree Cove looked pretty green.\" \/><\/p>\n<p>..we found similar conditions;\u00a0 not so much waves, but very green water.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It looks way better than it did yesterday,&#8221; Chris said.<\/p>\n<p>I inquired about Malaga Cove.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I just came from there &#8211; forget it, it&#8217;s mud,&#8221; Chris said.<\/p>\n<p>Not a good day for diving and not even a good day for surfing;  everyone got skunked today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was warned yesterday about the conditions; &#8220;PV was blown out all over the place,&#8221; was the report.
